In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service to Swedish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of electronic products. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding electronic products and services.
  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate information about product features, specifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Guide customers through the order process, including purchases, returns, and warranty questions.
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide consistent and high-quality customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry trends to better assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology field.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and other online communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and contribute to group efforts.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
