Support Specialist L1 – (Remote – Serbia)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Support Specialist L1 in Serbia.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and users, helping them resolve their daily issues via the in-app chat. You will embody best support practices and contribute to improving the customer experience by collaborating with product, sales, and customer success teams. You will also take part in creating educational content such as guides, videos, and onboarding materials. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, self-driven, and enjoys working in a tech-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer support.
Accountabilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via the in-app chat tool (Intercom)
- Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution or escalate when necessary
- Follow support processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
- Relay user feedback to the product team and keep customers informed about upcoming features
- Create and update helpful content (guides, tutorials, and support articles)
- Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams
- Participate in small projects such as onboarding and product improvements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Skills in creating educational content and video tutorials
- Experience working with B2B/B2C clients or in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
- Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of mobile marketing (a plus)
