For one of our clients, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager – Repack & Customization, remotely from the United States.
As a Supply Chain Manager – Repack & Customization, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust repack and display build program across multiple third-party logistics (3PL) locations. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, planning, and customer service, to ensure timely and efficient product delivery while maintaining inventory levels and meeting customer expectations. Your role will require strong leadership, strategic thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to manage risks, opportunities, and ensure smooth operations for the company’s expansion.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee the repack and display build program across multiple 3PL locations.
- Lead weekly meetings with third-party managers, planners, and logistics teams to coordinate production schedules and timelines.
- Collaborate with material planning teams on ordering packaging and managing inventory levels to meet customer fill rate goals.
- Monitor inventory across multiple finished goods (FG) warehouses to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
- Communicate risks and opportunities to senior management for decision-making.
- Manage the monthly cycle counting of packaging and finished goods.
- Ensure all Club programs, promotions, special events, and customer-specific programs are managed effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, QA, and Contract Manufacturing.
- Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing contracts and agreements.
- Experience working in a CPG or beverage manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of production standards, bill of materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and MRP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts within a high-growth, startup environment.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to co-packers as needed.
