Stylia Beauty is on the hunt for a dynamic, goal-oriented Amazon FBA Brand Manager to lead their brand’s accelerated growth. This role is a unique chance to significantly contribute to evolving their 7-figure brand to even greater heights.

As the Brand Manager, you’ll be the leader of the FBA platform, directly collaborating with and reporting the founder. They’re seeking someone who is eager to dive in, combining smart and hard work to build upon the brand’s successful foundation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1️⃣ Managing and mentoring our virtual assistant team that supports daily operations. 

2️⃣ Leading the charge in Researching/Developing/Launching new products, in collaboration with our sourcing team.     

3️⃣ Optimising and A/B testing listings KWs and Images (in collaboration with our graphic design team). Interpreting internal reports such as SQP/SFR/Brand Analytics to optimise listings.

4️⃣ Troubleshooting Listing and Account Health Issues with Amazon Support / Brand Registry

5️⃣ Regularly reporting/analysing key performance indicators for the brand.

6️⃣⚙️ Building processes and optimising SOPS to position us to further scale.

Your initial weeks will include a comprehensive onboarding process, introducing you to the brand, niche, goals, and team. Once you’re fully onboarded, you’ll start managing your first projects and handling the day-to-day operations within the business.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-Time position with approximately 40 hours per week, with some overlap around 11 am-3 pm AST.

Please be aware that you’ll be required to use the Hubstaff time tracker for accurate monitoring and recording of working hours.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ A minimum of 2 years’ experience in effectively managing and expanding Amazon FBA account(s) through the Amazon Seller Central platform.

✅ A proven track record of successfully leading a small/medium team dedicated to Amazon account management, covering aspects like Product development, Launch, Inventory, Marketing, Graphic design, and Social media.

✅ Proficiency in using Seller Support and Brand Registry for issue resolution.

✅ Advanced knowledge and regular use of common Amazon 3rd party tools, such as Datadive, H10, etc., for competitive analysis and identifying areas for improvement.

✅ In-depth understanding of Amazon Marketplace policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

✅ Expertise in devising and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes.

✅ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, demonstrating sound judgement in problem-solving and decision-making.

✅ Intermediate to advanced-level proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.

✅ Proficiency in platforms like Asana, Slack, Google Drive, and similar tools.
