For one of our clients, we are looking for a Strategic Operations Associate, remotely from the United States.

As a Strategic Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of driving operational efficiency and growth across multiple business segments. Your focus will be on developing and enhancing financial models, supporting key initiatives, and conducting in-depth data analysis to drive actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance and Operations, contributing to the development of business cases for service line expansions and ensuring that organizational goals are met. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to improve operational performance and reduce costs while delivering value.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of financial operating models, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate cost savings from operational improvement projects.
  • Assist in building data-driven business cases for the expansion of service lines, ensuring the analysis reflects potential ROI, market dynamics, and operational challenges.
  • Analyze diverse and complex data sets to uncover insights that will inform decision-making and contribute to cost reduction strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, financial services, or similar fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with urgency.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create clear, high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Strong business acumen, with an intuitive understanding of strategic decision-making and financial performance.
