The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and resourceful Strategic Finance & Biz Ops Lead to join our lean, high-impact team. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of FP&A, strategy, and business operations. This role combines analytical rigor with execution excellence to tackle our highest-priority challenges and opportunities.

You’ll support our executive team on everything from preparing investor and board materials to leading cross-functional projects that directly impact company trajectory such as supporting go-to-market strategy and commercialization (e.g., pricing, margin optimization).  The ideal candidate combines analytical horsepower with the agility and grit to operate in a fast-moving startup. This role rolls up into our CFO and dotted line to COO.  

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain financial models and analyze business metrics to inform strategic decisions for internal planning, fundraising, and board presentations

Support investor communications and board reporting

Drive high-impact strategic projects across GTM operations, pricing, partnerships, and product

Perform market and competitive analyses to inform business strategy

Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and leadership team on initiatives that move the needle

Help shape internal processes, dashboards, and operational KPIs to drive data-informed decisions

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or top-tier consulting firms. 

FP&A/biz ops experience in high growth startup.

Demonstrated deal transaction experience and fluency in financial modeling and data analysis skills

A clear, compelling communicator—both written and verbal

Highly intelligent and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action

Scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to get things like  ambiguous, cross-functional projects done

Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in early-stage startups, e-commerce, B2B2C or logistics is a plus
