Strategic Account Manager (Remote – France)

This is a high-impact role where you will lead relationships with some of the largest and most complex healthcare accounts in the country. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify customer needs, deliver tailored diagnostic solutions, and drive measurable value. You will oversee strategic account planning, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with senior executives to implement innovative solutions that improve outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships. This position combines strategic leadership, commercial expertise, and operational execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Accountabilities
In this role, your main missions will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare systems to drive retention, penetration, and growth.
- Delivering comprehensive diagnostic solutions to large enterprise accounts, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction.
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs.
- Managing complex negotiations, contracts, and pricing to secure long-term commitments and sustainable growth.
- Conducting detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and aligning strategies with customer business objectives.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to internal teams to strengthen commercial capabilities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or strategic account management in B2B environments.
- Proven ability to engage with executives and C-suite stakeholders in healthcare, informatics, technology, or consulting.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, ideally with enterprise deals above €1M.
- Strong track record of operating at senior levels within a matrixed organization.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Availability to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time).
