One of our companies is currently looking for a Strategic Account Executive – Northeast in the United States.
We are looking for a high-performing Strategic Account Executive to manage and grow key enterprise relationships within a dedicated territory. You will focus on a portfolio of high-value accounts, including Fortune 500 organizations, driving both new business and expansion opportunities. By working closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—you will execute complex sales strategies aligned with customer priorities. This role requires a consultative and strategic approach to uncover needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment and is passionate about delivering value at the executive level.
Accountabilities:
- Own the full sales cycle across a set of named strategic accounts, including pipeline development, opportunity management, and closing
- Drive growth in both net-new accounts and through cross-sell/upsell within existing clients
- Develop and execute multi-year account and territory plans, aligning to customer business goals
- Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and present value-driven solutions tailored to each enterprise
- Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to support complex deal cycles and maximize customer outcomes
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring the product aligns with their evolving needs and compliance requirements
- Represent the company at key client meetings, industry events, and strategic partner engagements (25–30% travel expected)
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 4 years in enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas with $1.3M–$1.7M annual targets and deals in the $100K–$1M+ ARR range
- Strong understanding of large enterprise buying processes and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals
- Skilled in the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC qualification framework and complex solution selling
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CAO, etc.)
- Experience in regulated industries and managing legal or compliance-heavy sales processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
