For one of our clients, we are looking for a Sr. Web and Digital Designer, remotely from the United States and Canada.
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional digital experiences that represent the brand online, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging user journey. You will design and maintain scalable design systems and digital touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, emails, and online campaigns. Working closely with marketing, product, and web teams, you will ensure that the brand’s digital presence remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with business goals. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact the user experience and digital engagement across various platforms.
Accountabilities:
- Design and maintain cohesive digital design systems and templates across web platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual language.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver consistent and engaging user experiences across multiple digital channels, including websites and email campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital design trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve the user experience.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO, while ensuring the digital assets meet functional and brand requirements.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in digital and web design, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency across various digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Proven ability to create scalable design systems that work across different digital platforms.
- Expertise in UX/UI design principles and applying them to web and mobile projects.
- Familiarity with web development principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software, and a willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and rationale to both stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
