Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Promote products and services effectively to drive sales and achieve company goals.
  • Document customer interactions carefully in the CRM for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about products and service techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for assisting others.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Technical Support is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different customer needs.
  • Effective problem solver with a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate and embrace a new culture in an international setting.
