By leveraging your fluency in Spanish and expertise in recruitment, you will ensure that the best candidates are matched with the right employers across various countries. Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Utilize your fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and understanding of job requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates within the social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Manage candidate relationships, providing a high level of customer service and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
