Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through telephone, email, and chat communication.

Record and document all customer interactions accurately for follow-up purposes.
Work together with other teams to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
Collect and relay customer feedback to help enhance our service offerings.
Keep up to date with product knowledge to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.

Requirements

Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience in customer service or similar support roles is preferred.

Proficient in using customer support software and tools.

Eligibility to work from home in Greece.
