Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to vehicles, features, and services offered by the International Car Brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Guide customers through the purchasing or servicing processes, addressing any concerns they may have.
- Process customer orders and monitor their progress, keeping customers informed throughout.
- Document conversations and customer feedback accurately for reference and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- A passion for cars and understanding of automotive terminology is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and online tools.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
