Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries related to our cloud platform through phone, email, and chat.

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our systems.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate issues and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with strong communication skills in both languages.
