In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, guiding them through their car sharing experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to car sharing options, pricing, and terms of service.
• Guide customers through the registration and booking processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the car sharing industry and company offerings.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
