Responsibilities

  • Offer exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively to maximize satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold high service standards and contribute to a culture of exceptional customer service.
  • Identify improvement opportunities within service processes and actively engage in team discussions to implement changes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist clients accurately and confidently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
