Solutions Delivery Partner
Solutions Delivery Partner
Location: Remote (U.S.-based) | Compensation: $90K–$120K | Team: Strategy & Innovation
We’re building the modern veterinary platform – 20 clinics today, 40+ in the next two years – and we need an experienced Solutions Delivery Partner to lead our IT transformation. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll design and execute the tech roadmap, support clinics directly, and build the infrastructure that scales with us.
The challenge: Our clinics currently use fragmented local vendors and outdated systems. You’ll lead the migration to a cloud-based PIMS across multiple locations, roll out standardized phone, email, antivirus, and device management, and support core tech upgrades like Windows 11 and hardware refreshes. You’ll also manage all IT vendors and budgets, while resolving helpdesk requests from clinics and staff.
What you’ll do:
- Own the migration from server-based to cloud-based PIMS
- Lead centralization of key systems: phones, email hosting, antivirus, asset
- tracking
- Provide responsive, hands-on IT support across the network
- Oversee vendor selection, contracts, onboarding, and performance
- Create IT policies, SOPs, and user training materials
- Partner with Operations and clinic teams to gather needs and drive adoption
- Maintain a 12–24 month IT roadmap aligned with our growth
- Travel occasionally to clinics for implementations and support (10–20%)
You’ll report to the leadership team and have full ownership of our IT platform buildout. If you’ve been the “go-to tech operator” at a fast-growing org, or want to be, this is your seat at the table.
Apply now and help us build the IT backbone of modern veterinary care!
