As our Solutions Architect, you’ll be the strategic bridge between our people, processes, and the power of technology. You’ll wear many hats, from crafting effective integrations across HubSpot, Karbon, OpenAir, and QuickBooks Online to optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Become a systems integration virtuoso: Seamlessly connect our core applications (HubSpot, Karbon, OpenAir, QuickBooks Online) to create a unified system that streamlines operations.
  • Optimize workflows with a keen eye: Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and design efficient solutions using the capabilities of our chosen platforms.
  • Embrace data-driven insights: Leverage reporting and analytics tools to extract valuable insights from our systems, informing strategic decisions and process improvements.
  • Be a champion of knowledge transfer: Train and support colleagues on utilizing the systems effectively, fostering a culture of technology adoption and user satisfaction.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively research and recommend new technologies or integrations that align with our evolving needs and goals.
  • Collaborate like a champion: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from operations to finance, to ensure system alignment and achieve shared objectives. Prepare business case, solution options, project plans, estimates, and execution approach to address the business and operational needs of Indinero, 
  • Design operational workflow process and propose areas for optimization
  • Analyze, Design, Automate/implement reconciliation processes
  • Analyze business operating models to identify potential efficiencies by redefining responsibilities, workflows or implementing automation
  • Translate business requirements into test plans
  • Communicating Effectively ie: Conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful and timely manner
  • Assist in the provision of day-to-day group level support and be a point of contact between department users  and  3rd party platform/ software provider
  • Work in partnership with internal and 3rd party technical teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company platforms/ tools, and help with troubleshooting when needed
  • Contribute to the preparation of insightful and rich data analysis to support and shape departmental strategy
  • Support the requesting department with the preparation of ad-hoc data/ reports from the platforms/ software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in integrating and optimizing business systems, with strong knowledge of at least two of the mentioned applications (HubSpot, Karbon, OpenAir, QuickBooks Online).
  • A talent for process improvement and a passion for efficiency.
