We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Implementation Specialist to join our team at Teem. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our software solutions for our clients. Your main duties will include conducting software installations, configuring and customizing the software according to client requirements, providing training to end-users, and ensuring a seamless transition to our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and assess their needs.
2. Install, configure, and customize our software solutions to meet client specifications.
3. Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to effectively use our software.
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation process.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
6. Maintain relationship with clients as their Success Manager.

Requirements

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. Proven experience in software implementation or similar roles.
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge of software installation and configuration processes.
4. Ability to gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into software configurations.
5. Experience with providing training and support to end-users.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Professional certifications in software implementation or related fields are a plus.
9. Automotive industry a plus.
