Social Media & Content Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong social media management experience and a passion for content creation across various platforms. The right candidate will have a strategic mind, creative vision, and the ability to keep multiple client accounts organized, on-brand, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, schedule, and post content for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business, and Pinterest.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and brand identity.
  • Write engaging captions, repurpose content, and adapt trends to suit each audience.
  • Monitor and maintain consistency across client brands.
  • Content Creation:
  • Design graphics using Canva for posts, stories, and ads.
  • Edit videos for social media using any preferred platform.
  • Create on-brand visuals and maintain an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Blog and Newsletter Support:
  • Upload blog drafts to Squarespace, including image sourcing, excerpt writing, and formatting (training provided).
  • Format and place email newsletters in Mailchimp using pre-built templates (training provided).
  • Project & Task Coordination:
  • Use Trello, Clockify, Google Docs, and Google Drive to track progress and organize content.
  • Work across multiple client accounts—especially real estate clients—while keeping all materials properly separated and branded.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients or brands.
  • Proficiency with Canva for graphic and video creation.
  • Experience writing social media captions and adapting content to various platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage content for diverse clients with unique brand voices.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A willingness to learn new tools and keep up with evolving trends in content marketing.
  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Squarespace and Mailchimp is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Trello, Clockify, and Google Workspace tools.
