Site Reliability Engineer (Remote in Portugal possible)
Job Description
We are looking for an engineer, who is keen on Infrastructure as a code and cannot leave a day without improving her/his zone of responsibility. We are looking for someone, who sees Microsoft cloud solutions and services as tiles of one complex, but beautiful puzzle.
The role you’ll play
As a key player in our team, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining infrastructure components that are essential to the success of multiple internal delivery teams. You’ll join forces with a dynamic team of experts who are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge “infrastructure-as-a-product” to our internal development teams. Your passion for innovation and your ability to take charge will be crucial as you take on the challenge of creating and maintaining high-quality infrastructure that will drive our organization forward. As a member of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on large-scale control systems, including load shedding, overload, automation, traffic management, logging, and monitoring. Your expertise in these areas will be essential as you collaborate with a team of talented professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation. - have a portfolio of cross-team components and internal infrastructure in “as-a-code” products
- have shared knowledge with counterpart SREs and onboarded them to your solutions
- have helped internal teams to reuse solutions for generic development use cases
