Job Details
- Pay: $40–$55/hr
- Work Hours: Flexible, standard business hours, 40 hours/week
- Location: 90% remote, occasional onsite in Florida for meetings or collaboration

Job Duties
- Lead and support SharePoint initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Design responsive SharePoint sites optimized for tablets, smartphones, and desktops
- Administer SharePoint hubs, pages, sites, and collections using SharePoint Online
- Manage document libraries, implementing taxonomies and metadata for organization
- Develop custom forms and workflows using Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, or Power Automate
Job Requirements
- Expertise in designing modern SharePoint sites with best practices
- Proficiency in responsive design for multi-device compatibility
- In-depth experience with SharePoint Online administration and out-of-the-box functionality
- Strong skills in document library management, including taxonomies and metadata
- Hands-on experience in custom form/workflow development (Microsoft Forms, PowerApps, Power Automate)
