Salary Range: 1600 – 2100 USD (Monthly)

We pride ourselves on driving results through innovative approaches and are looking to hire an SEO & Digital Operations Assistant who is ready to join a dynamic and challenging work environment.

Scope of the Role

Join our team as an SEO Support Specialist, aiding on-page/technical and local SEO teams with tasks like Google Business Profile updates and content editing. Utilize AI tools for various SEO activities and perform data analysis using tools like AHREFs and Google Search Console. Requires strong American English skills, intermediate SEO knowledge, and advanced skills in WordPress and Google Drive/Docs. Must be tech-savvy with a high-end PC and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

    • Supporting onpage/technical and local SEO teams with tasks like updating WordPress websites, editing articles, performing topical and keyword research, and posting/editing content on third-party sites.
    • Reviewing content and technical audits, compiling data and reports.
    • Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and AI writing tools for various SEO activities.
    • Performing data analysis and exporting from tools such as AHREFs, SEOCrawl, and Google Analytics.
    • Working with tools like AHREFs, SEOCrawl, Cuppa, Koala.sh, WordPress, ScreamingFrog, Scrapebox, and other SEO tools.

Requirements:

    • Strong skills in American English, including familiarity with slang and colloquialisms.
    • Intermediate knowledge of SEO with experience in using various SEO tools.
    • Advanced skills in WordPress, Google Drive/Docs, and overall tech-savviness.
    • High-end PC with a minimum of 32GB of RAM, the ability to add multiple monitors, and a fast and reliable broadband internet connection.
    • A dedicated and professional workspace.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and quick learning ability.
