Senior Vice President of Sales (Cyprus based)
As the Senior Vice President of Sales in a global executive search firm based in Cyprus, you will play a key role in driving and managing the sales strategy and team to achieve revenue growth targets. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving overall sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and expand market share.
- Identify opportunities for new business development and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including setting sales targets, performance management, and coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business plans to the executive team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at the executive level.
- Experience working in a global or international business environment.
