Senior UX/Product Designer
Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role as a Sr. UX/Product Designer involves understanding business and technological needs, guiding research, and creating strategic design deliverables. The designer leads usability initiatives, evolves the design system, collaborates with copy teams, manages cross-disciplinary design reviews and delivers ideas, designs and prototypes in clean Figma files that solve user needs within general technical constraints. Responsibilities include managing larger projects, identifying optimization opportunities, reducing UX debt, mentoring designers, and influencing hiring decisions. The role requires a strategic mindset, systems thinking, and the ability to anticipate future needs. The designer also leads vision for workshops and collaborative activities without running them independently.

Requirements
Work Experience in This Field: 5+ years
Experience with complex digital product design required
Online portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating a strong sense of design clarity is required in order to be considered
English Proficiency: Fluent
Required Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
