Senior University Partnerships Manager (UK)

As a Senior University Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in advancing BridgeU’s expansion efforts by fostering connections with senior contacts at potential university partners across the UK and Rest of World territories (excluding USA).

Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to effectively presenting BridgeU’s products and services, negotiating contracts, and instigating the launch of new partnerships. Additionally, you will serve as a brand ambassador for BridgeU, actively participating in industry conferences and leveraging your expertise in the UK higher education landscape to augment our comprehensive data and insights.

Through a blend of in-person and virtual initiatives, you will actively promote BridgeU’s value proposition to higher education institutions showcasing how BridgeUs global guidance ecosystem delivers value to Counsellors, Students and Universities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct and relevant experience in new business sales and/or in the international education sector.
  • A strong understanding of the UK Higher Education landscape and the significance of International student recruitment within universities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a track record of employing consultative sales techniques. Experience in effectively engaging with senior leaders and key decision-makers is essential.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a propensity for employing data-driven methodologies within sophisticated sales processes.
  • Willingness to thrive within a dynamic, high-growth environment, characterised by continuous learning and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

  • Salary Range: £60,000 – £70,000
