Senior Software Sales Executive
Symmetrio is recruiting several Software Sales Executives for our client, a leading innovator in oncology software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales, specifically within the oncology space, and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in cancer treatment facilities.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility while requiring approximately 50% travel to engage with clients and prospects. With a total on-target earnings (OTE) range from $275,000 to $300,000,
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with community cancer centers, oncology practices, and hospital networks to sell clinical EMR and oncology software solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, administrators, IT staff, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and software training to showcase the value and functionality of our solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape in oncology EMR and healthcare IT.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our solutions and expand market reach.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in healthcare, AI, or oncology-related solutions.
- Proven track record of selling into community cancer centers and a deep understanding of their workflows and challenges.
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR), oncology-specific software solutions, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, ONC certification).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage sales pipeline and reporting.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
