One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Poland.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a cross-functional team dedicated to developing scalable and high-performance solutions built on a flexible platform. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners and architects to define technical approaches, build new features, and optimize existing functionality. The role combines hands-on coding, architectural input, and mentoring within an agile development environment. Accountabilities:
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and working software solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and define sprint goals
- Develop robust and reusable software components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Participate in planning, prototyping, and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and performance
- Write automated tests to validate code functionality and prevent regressions
- Work with architects to refine scalable technical solutions and identify performance optimization opportunities
- Share knowledge across the team and support ongoing process improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET and C#
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with performance tuning, analytics, and scalable system design
- Familiarity with agile development practices, sprint planning, and estimation
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and adaptability
