The Role:

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Accomplishr, you will be a key technical resource in our sales process, responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and driving successful outcomes. You will:

  • Partner with sales executives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to address customer questions and concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of our platform.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to close, to ensure alignment of customer requirements with our product capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights, best practices, and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales engineering or solutions engineering roles, with at least 7 years of experience in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions that address their needs.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
