Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage all recruitment and resourcing functions and processes.
- Lead, train and support delivery consultants, offering oversight and troubleshooting where required.
- Manage full-cycle candidate delivery for both contract and permanent placements.
- Oversee recruitment operations including workflow optimisation, database hygiene, and quality assurance.
- Recommend and implement recruitment technology, automation tools, and AI solutions.
- Liaise with clients confidently and professionally, ensuring strong service delivery.
Ideal Background
- Experience in resource management or senior delivery roles within recruitment.
- Exposure to RPO environments and experience working in start-up or growth-stage businesses.
- Experience recruiting in the technology sector (healthtech experience is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to train, mentor, or manage junior consultants.
- Demonstrated success in building and improving recruitment processes and operational systems in small teams.
