Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage all recruitment and resourcing functions and processes.
  • Lead, train and support delivery consultants, offering oversight and troubleshooting where required.
  • Manage full-cycle candidate delivery for both contract and permanent placements.
  • Oversee recruitment operations including workflow optimisation, database hygiene, and quality assurance.
  • Recommend and implement recruitment technology, automation tools, and AI solutions.
  • Liaise with clients confidently and professionally, ensuring strong service delivery.

Ideal Background

  • Experience in resource management or senior delivery roles within recruitment.
  • Exposure to RPO environments and experience working in start-up or growth-stage businesses.
  • Experience recruiting in the technology sector (healthtech experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven ability to train, mentor, or manage junior consultants.
  • Demonstrated success in building and improving recruitment processes and operational systems in small teams.
