Hours: 7am-3pm SAST
Rate: Negotiable based on experience
Job Overview:
This is a senior, client-facing sales and recruitment role. You’ll be responsible for the full sales lifecycle from discovery through to client sign-up, with support from our recruitment and admin teams for delivery and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads and nurture outbound prospects.
- Run discovery calls and consult with clients on their offshore hiring needs.
- Present and close recruitment service proposals.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups.
- Provide light-touch account management post-sign-up.
- Help shape our sales processes, collateral, and future hires.
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruitment (agency, outsourcing, or offshoring) or high-ticket consultative sales.
- Demonstrated success closing deals and meeting monthly sales targets.
- Confident on discovery/sales calls, with clear structure and consultative approach.
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate lifecycles.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with minimal handholding.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and CRMs.
- Experience working with Australian, UK, or US clients.
- Knowledge of offshoring, EOR models, or staffing in South Africa.
- Aspirations to move into a leadership role as we scale.
