Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the orchestration of solar installation projects from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers. Your role is critical in leading the installation from end to end, contributing to the growth of the solar energy industry.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in project management within the solar industry, demonstrating a deep technical understanding of photovoltaic systems, from design to commissioning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. A Master’s in Renewable Energy is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of solar systems, including but not limited to panel selection, inverters, battery storage, and the latest solar technologies.
- Fluent in Spanish. Proficient in English (minimum B1).
Your Mission
- Work with the clients in your portfolio to design the best solar solutions.
- Collaborate with our installations team to ensure a smooth process for the client that results in a quality and hassle-free installation.
- Manage permits and legalization processes with the support of our central teams.
- Be the primary contact for clients and installers during the installation phase, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll coordinate projects involving multiple collaborators, including installers, suppliers, and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met and exceeded.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex problems independently. We seek a leader who fixes issues without escalations.
- Extensive experience working with solar installation teams, enforcing the highest standards of quality and execution. You possess an eye for detail and know what a superior installation looks like. You’re capable of identifying shortcomings and guiding installers to correct them, ensuring excellence in every project.
- A strong desire to make a significant impact on climate change and sustainability, driving the transition towards renewable energy solutions.
