WhoCanFixMyCar.com is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our product portfolio, ensuring that our offerings are innovative, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs. You will be a key driver in shaping and executing our product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Strategic Vision and Leadership:

  • Inspire enthusiasm for our product’s vision and upcoming features. Act as the expert voice of our customers and product.
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our broader business goals and maintain a master roadmap.
  • Analyze gaps between customized client requirements and existing product features. Continuously adjust our product strategy to maximize its value.

Product Development and Integration:

  • Manage the flow of value by strategically overseeing product teams and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Ensure the integrity of product development and facilitate the seamless integration of changes into existing processes.
  • Implement and advocate for best practices in product management. Refine the product development process for optimal results.

Customer Engagement and Market Analysis:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to create product solutions that effectively meet customer needs and optimise conversion funnels.
  • Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify trends and opportunities that guide our product strategy.

Ecosystem Management and Performance Monitoring:

  • Create a cohesive and interconnected product ecosystem, ensuring consistency and integration across all products.
  • Establish and oversee key product metrics, and leverage performance data to drive continuous product improvements.

Compliance, Risk, and Team Management:

  • Lead a team of product managers, fostering an innovative culture and providing mentorship to enhance their skills.
  • Adhere to policies and promptly escalate risks to safeguard the business and maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or e-commerce industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to launch
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends
