Senior Organic Growth Specialist
Tactiq is a rapidly growing Sydney-based Series A SaaS startup that uses generative AI to extract knowledge from conversations. 500,000+ users and teams use Tactiq to process over 2 million monthly meetings.
We are looking for an Senior Organic Growth Specialist for tactiq.io to coordinate organic growth as a channel, including including onsite and offsite optimization, keyword research, content creation and SEO reporting. You’ll be a part of the growth and marketing team, building and expanding the organic growth engine to accelerate the user and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Working on executing SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research to guide the content team
- Review and investigate technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content, and landing pages copy
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
- Optimize and automate workflow to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEO Lead or similar roles
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experinece with CMS (Webflow)
- Knowledge of automation and AI tools
- Experience with programmatic SEO is big plus
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Search Console)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or related field
