One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Manager – Events in the United States.
This role is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end event strategy at a fast-scaling, mission-driven company. As Senior Manager of Events, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing impactful event experiences across key industry conferences, hosted gatherings, and executive-level engagements. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, creative, and leadership teams to ensure each event aligns with brand messaging and drives measurable outcomes. This position requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on high-quality lead generation, brand presence, and ROI tracking. Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of B2B events across multiple verticals and segments
- Manage end-to-end logistics including event selection, vendor coordination, booth design, and lead capture
- Partner closely with commercial, creative, and content teams to align events with business and branding goals
- Design engaging and effective event experiences to generate and nurture high-quality leads
- Track KPIs, analyze post-event performance, and optimize future event investments
- Deliver polished, brand-consistent event activations on time and within budget
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience managing B2B event strategy and logistics, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth sectors
- Proven ability to execute multiple events simultaneously with a focus on detail, speed, and quality
- Hands-on experience with booth builds, vendor negotiation, event tech, and logistics management
- Strong collaboration and project management skills with cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with an eye for data, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
