Senior Manager, B2B Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to develop, lead and execute global digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and performance marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for global demand generation (including SEO, SEM, Direct Email Marketing), developing and executing a paid media strategy to drive pipeline and achieve business goals. Responsibilities will also include analytics, reporting and managing the CRM (HubSpot).  

You will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our diverse client base in both existing Employer of Record activities and new service lines across the globe. 

Role & Responsibilities

Lead Generation: 

  • Develop and execute a paid media strategy and multi-channel demand generation campaigns across multiple markets and business lines  
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement strategies to optimize ROI 
  • Derive insights and key learnings for creative assets based on performance results 
  • Improve existing tracking solutions to enable better performance and efficiency on paid marketing initiatives 

Budget & Project Management 

  • Manage the digital marketing/paid ads budget 
  • Work closely with our agency to monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives and adjust strategies to optimize marketing spend.   

Reporting: 

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on demand generation activities 
  • Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making 

Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives with business goals 
  • Work with creative team to ideate on new creative assets 
  • Manage agency to execute all paid marketing initiatives 

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an equivalent senior B2B marketing role in an international work environment 
  • Minimum of 10 years of digital marketing/demand generation experience with proven track record of driving business results with paid media and email marketing, including increased qualified lead, and sales pipeline growth 
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media marketing with a focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads 
  • Strategic and data-driven skillset to analyze, optimize, and drive efficiency of our digital campaigns, evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor data. 
  • ABM/ABX experience is beneficial 
  • Adaptable and can work independently as well as part of a team 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Experience of working within EOR or business services is highly advantageous
