Job Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and seasoned Senior HR Executive to lead our talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. If you have 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment within the IT sector, especially with a focus on hiring roles like UX Designers, Front End Developers, and Sales and Marketing professionals, this role could be a great fit.

In addition to recruitment, you’ll take on a variety of HR responsibilities, including employee engagement, performance evaluations, payroll management, and keeping our HR operations running smoothly. We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated, exceptionally organized, and can balance a warm, personable approach with a strong sense of professionalism. Given the remote nature of the job, strong remote collaboration skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Leverage recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others to attract top talent.
    • Specialize in sourcing and hiring for IT roles, particularly UX Designers, Front End Developers, and Sales & Marketing positions.
    • Ensure a seamless and delightful candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Employee Engagement & Team Building:
    • Actively take initiatives to foster employee engagement and build a strong, cohesive team.
    • Organize team-building activities and events that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Be a true people’s person—build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to person for employees, fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Communication:
    • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Ensure clear, polite, and professional communication with candidates and employees alike.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    • Utilize your strong analytical skills to assist in team calibration and performance evaluations.
    • Monitor and analyze payroll and attendance data provided by the payroll agency.
    • Calculate and assign performance scores based on evaluation discussions.
  • Organizational Excellence:
    • Maintain and organize employee data, compliance documents, and HR files with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Demonstrate natural self-organization and discipline in all tasks.
  • Initiative & Independence:
    • Take ownership of your role, complete tasks on time, and work independently without the need for constant supervision.
    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and take initiative to implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or Recruiter in an IT company, with a focus on hiring for technical and creative roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong relationship-building abilities; a true people’s person.
    • Mastery in both oral and written communication.
    • Delightful personality with the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Proficiency in ATS, HRMS tools and Office Applications.
    • Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing tasks and data.
    • Strong remote collaboration skills, including proficiency with communication tools and platforms. Ability to manage and engage a remote workforce effectively.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
