Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Domain Architect for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

This role is for a Domain Architect responsible for Service Operations. In this capacity, you will oversee call center customer and agent interactions across all business units. The focus will be on utilizing a variety of solutions, including automation and AI, to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and optimize operational efficiency.

Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico

Responsibilities

Design and guide the development of integrated solutions, ensuring alignment with architectures, strategies, and security standards.

Identify and assess emerging technologies, communicating their impact and relevance to business partners.

Apply technical expertise to enhance IT structures, collaborating with developers and partners to meet architecture and integration requirements.

Plan and manage the integration of new components, advancing systems integration and automation capabilities.

Lead domain-level architecture improvements, mentoring developers and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.

Design user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) that enhance customer satisfaction and business operations.

Deliver domain architecture solutions, supporting continuous improvement and establishing non-functional requirements.

Requirements

Total Work Experience

  • Minimum Required: 4-6 years
  • Preferred: 7-9 years
  • P&C insurance experience preferred
  • Development experience preferred
  • IT experience preferred

 

Work Experience in the architecture field

  • Minimum Required: 1-3 years

 

English Proficiency

  • Minimum Required: Intermediate

 

Required Education

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Science, Engineering, IT preferred)

 

Other Education

  • TOGAF certification or other, preferred

 

Other Critical Skills:

  • Communication: Intermediate
  • Presentation: Intermediate
  • Influence: Intermediate

 

Software / Tool Skills:

  • Visio or other: Intermediate (4-6 Years)
  • Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Intermediate (4-6 Years)

 

Work schedule: 8am – 5pm PST, flexible.
