Senior Developer (Kotlin/Java)

About the Role

We are seeking talented Senior Developers to join a new team working on an innovative project in the Fintech sector. This is your chance to work on existing solutions, contribute to market expansion, and enhance vital tooling for invoicing, payouts, and more.

Responsibilities:

● Contribute to the development and optimization of Kotlin-based backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, functional, and user-friendly.

● Work closely with the Lead Developer and other team members to analyze current solutions and identify areas for improvement.

● Creating new features while refining existing systems. Your input will be critical in determining what should be preserved and what needs enhancement.

● Engage with other developers and stakeholders across the organization, contributing to a collaborative and communicative work environment.

● Work with distributed teams across Europe.

Requirements:

● Strong background in Kotlin-based backend development, with familiarity in Java 3-5+

● Ability to analyze complex systems and contribute to strategic decisions on system enhancements.

● Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience working in hybrid and distributed teams is advantageous.
