Senior Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) with Chinese Knowledge

We seek an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager with Chinese language knowledge to join our dynamic startup team. You will be responsible for managing our direct advertiser relations. In this highly collaborative role, you are “on top” of our and our customers’ KPIs to ensure their satisfaction and mitigate risks with various cross-functional teams.


  • Review campaign progress and present data-driven insights with customers and identify business opportunities: Increase ad spend and acquire new offers from advertisers,
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify risks and opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews with internal teams such as BI, Fraud, User Acquisition, Support, Product, or Ad Operations to mitigate those risks and take advantage of opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with advertisers, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives and tailor advertising solutions to meet their needs.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process with the Sales Manager and Ad Operations Manager, ensuring a smooth launch of the first (test) campaigns.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the advertiser to escalate and troubleshoot issues from our users/support team
  • Ensure correct and timely invoicing together with our finance team.


  • Fluency in Chinese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within the digital advertising, gaming, or app industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming and app advertising trends, metrics, and platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively and proactively.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
