As Senior Culture & Engagement Associate, you will assist with (for the N. American side of the business):
- Planning and organizing recruiting events
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs
- Coordinate internal communication efforts, including newsletters, and company-wide announcements
- Successfully support our Employer Branding efforts by way of award submissions
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among remote or distributed teams through virtual events, networking opportunities, and digital communication channels
- Own Employee gifting initiatives for the N. American side of the business
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a flexible approach to adapting skills, though not necessarily limited to the North American market
- Proven ability to thrive independently, adeptly prioritizing tasks and addressing emerging issues with agility
- Genuine enthusiasm for curating exceptional employee experiences, showcasing a commitment to fostering a vibrant workplace culture
- Exceptional organizational prowess and time management acumen, ensuring efficient task execution and project delivery
- Proficiency in generating insightful reports and leveraging Google Suite tools
- Eagerness to embrace new challenges and a proactive attitude toward personal and professional development
- Polished written communication skills, reflecting a knack for articulating ideas effectively and engaging diverse audiences
