Senior Clinical Research Associate
Chloe O’Shea is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that clinical trials are conducted according to the highest ethical and professional standards. Responsibilities
- Perform on-site visits to ensure compliance with research protocols, regulatory requirements and good clinical practice principles
- Manage data and report adverse events according to standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain study files and documentation
- Participate in the selection and qualification of investigative sites
- Participate in the development and review of clinical trial-related documents
- Ensure that trial sites are adequately trained and resourced for the conduct of the study
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in clinical research as a Clinical Research Associate
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work effectively under tight deadlines
