Positon
We are looking for a Hands on Senior Manager who wants to join a startup within a startup. Join our Business Vertical which looks after the launch and scale-up of New Courses in the US Market.
Core team that works closely with you
- AI BU Head, New Courses BU Head, New Courses Curriculum Head, Marketing Team SPOCs, Sales Head, Sales Leaders, Training Teams, Project Managers on Curriculum Development side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the core team to generate new course ideas and enhancements to existing products. This is done with the goal of revenue generation or conversion improvement, or both.
- Once the new course idea is generated, you will be expected to develop the project charter and work with all the stakeholders to develop the end-to-end GTM and Sales Plan. This would span right across Lead Generation (with Marketing), Website Configuration (with Product and Tech), Comms (with CRM and Content), Sales Strategy (with Sales Team Leaders), Customer Insights (by Doing LIVE Customer Interactions), and Financial Planning (with Finance Team).
- You will be expected to build a new course revenue of $500K Monthly run rate from scratch over a quarter.
- Ultimately, you will be managing this project across all stakeholders, and will be the sole authority on how to manage the day to day affairs of the Project.
- Daily and weekly Reviews with stakeholders are a way of working at iK, and you will be organizing and managing the same for monitoring progress, and identifying risks to the plan. You will also be responsible for solving for the risks proactively, and reactively.
Key Skills we think will be crucial for success in the Role
- Ability to plan, and run projects end to end.
- Extremely hands-on and detail oriented, not someone who shies away from getting things done themselves in different areas of work (for example, u can do a sale, send an email to a large customer base, come up with a new marketing strategy, or build an AI Agent, be extremely versatile and open to learn new things)
- Excellent people skills, working with multiple stakeholders, and managing timelines and deliverables as needed by business
- Agile approach, not someone who gets stuck on his / her own ideas but always looking to improvise and get the best out of the team.
- Extremely good at analytics, preferably be able to write own SQL Queries and be expert at Google Sheets / Excel.
- Extremely fast learner.
- Someone who is impatient for getting results. And cannot sit idle.
