Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior C# and Delphi Developer to join an innovative team working on high-performance Windows desktop applications. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building robust, modern systems with a focus on API integration, user interface design, and application performance optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with the tech lead and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

Responsibilities:

Develop systems using C# and modern Delphi.
Design and implement API integrations (RESTful, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Build modern, responsive user interfaces using jQuery and best UI/UX design practices.
Apply multithreading and asynchronous programming techniques to enhance application performance.
Contribute to architecture and creative design discussions.
Collaborate closely with the tech lead and cross-functional teams.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Develop modern Windows GUI applications using Delphi (VCL) and C# (Windows App SDK with WinUI 3).
Implement secure REST APIs with authentication/authorization (OAuth2) and security best practices.
Work with Microsoft SQL Server, designing relational schemas, writing optimized T-SQL queries, and using Entity Framework Core or ADO.NET (C#) and ADO (Delphi).

Requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in C# and modern Delphi.
Solid experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
Proven experience in Windows desktop application development (Win32).
Skilled in frontend development with jQuery.
Proficiency in multithreading and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and indexing.
Experience with Entity Framework Core, ADO.NET (C#), and ADO (Delphi).
Hands-on experience building secure REST APIs following best practices.
Must be based in Brazil.
