One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer in United States.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design, build, and optimize curated datasets and business dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insights. You will play a vital part in streamlining analytics workflows, enabling business users to access data easily and efficiently. This position requires a strong foundation in SQL, data modeling, and visualization, along with a passion for transforming raw data into clear, impactful reporting. As part of a cross-functional analytics team, you will help lead the creation of scalable data pipelines and support ongoing analytics initiatives across departments.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with business teams to understand analytics needs and deliver curated datasets and reports
  • Design and implement dashboards that clearly communicate business metrics and trends
  • Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and transformation workflows using SQL
  • Identify and resolve data issues, supporting ongoing data integrity across platforms
  • Educate stakeholders on tools and dashboards, improving access to self-service analytics
  • Collaborate with the broader analytics and data engineering teams to ensure consistency and maintainability of data models
  • Assist in defining requirements for new data sources and platform enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles
  • Strong SQL skills with proven experience building and maintaining pipelines
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar)
  • Familiarity with ETL tools, Agile development practices, version control (Git), and project tracking (JIRA)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Bonus: experience with Python or R, and knowledge of data platform best practices
