We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS space. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, fostering strategic relationships, and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate for this position will bring extensive experience and expertise to our team, with a strong background in sales and account management. You will excel in identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends and customer needs to drive annual growth targets.

As an Account Executive you will grow the Actionstep customer base and meet revenue and login targets through successful sales delivery of the Actionstep value proposition. Collaborate effectively with Partners and other Customer Growth team members to effectively promote and market Actionstep as a competitive solution within the legal industry.

What You Will Do:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets to drive customer login numbers and revenue growth, aligning with business KPIs.
  • Prospect and cultivate relationships in key customer segments and regions to generate sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Review and qualify inbound leads across various channels, effectively nurturing both new and established customer relationships.
  • Lead effective demonstrations, ensuring clear communication of product value.
  • Utilize sales tools and systems (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator) to identify, track, and qualify potential customers, while conducting outbound activities to generate new leads

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS business models and technology.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
