This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive end-to-end SEO programs — from technical audits and keyword strategy to content optimization and performance analysis — while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client goals across B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments to inform editorial and product roadmaps.
  • Perform technical SEO audits; prioritize and implement fixes to improve site health, crawlability, and indexation.
  • Partner with content, design, and development teams to optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, internal links, structured data).
  • Define and execute off-page SEO strategies including high-quality link building and digital PR initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report SEO KPIs using platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Data Studio.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and clients, translating complex data into clear business impact.
  • Monitor search engine algorithm changes and proactively adapt strategies to maintain performance.
  • Educate internal teams and clients on SEO best practices and emerging trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous SEO experience with a proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and digital analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and SurferSEO.
  • Comfortable working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Experience managing SEO for complex or multi-site environments, preferably in agency or fast-paced digital settings.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills; ability to translate data into narrative for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in performance marketing, CRO, or international SEO is a plus.
