Requirements

What are we looking for?

▪ Must have experience in recruitment/hiring.

▪ Experience in tech hiring/IT recruitment is a big plus.

▪ Tech/Engineering background is a plus.

▪ Undergraduates/Freshers/Experienced.

▪ Want to expand their working horizons beyond the local market only, and work with Global teams.

▪ English communication.

▪ Identifying and attracting suitably qualified talents for Tech positions.

▪ Talent pipelining and including future talent identification.

▪ Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

▪ Self-motivating in the concept of remote working.
