Job Title: Entry-Level Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location: Remote
Work Shift: EST
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Fulltime)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Salesforce who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic business environment. You will support the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our users and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Support data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide training as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Data Loader, or similar.
- Exposure to CRM processes in sales, marketing, or customer service.
