Job Title: Entry-Level Salesforce CRM Administrator

Location: Remote

Work Shift: EST
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Fulltime)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Salesforce who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic business environment. You will support the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our users and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Support data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide training as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Data Loader, or similar.
  • Exposure to CRM processes in sales, marketing, or customer service.
