Our client, a US based company, is currently seeking an Appointment Setter with Salesforce experience to join their team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and addressing customers’ needs. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• – Manage CRM (Salesforce).

• – Manage SMS following up on estimates
• – English must be flawless and customer service amazing

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce.
• Experience building text sequences.
• Excellent skills with SMS Magic.
• Experience in customer service with emphasis on SMS correspondence.
• Skillful at deciphering customers need via SMS text.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
